ISLAND TREEHOUSES
Sheltered within the tranquil seclusion of private Kandahar Island, each Island Treehouse Suite is strategically positioned to offer breathtaking views of the iconic Zambezi River and its picturesque surroundings.
Accessed exclusively by boat from the mainland, Kandahar Island provides a private and secluded retreat for guests seeking a unique experience. The spacious open-plan suites extend over the river and jungle, elevated on timber decks with expansive glass windows and doors, seamlessly blending luxurious indoor comfort with the natural splendour outdoors.
Designed for a maximum of two guests aged 12 years and older, each Island Treehouse Suite features luxurious amenities and is connected to communal lounge, dining, and sunset bar areas via raised walkways.

Premier Lodge
The Premier Guest house located in low density suburb of Victoria Falls 2.1km from the main Falls, and a walking distance to the Victoria Falls town centre for shopping and exploring the town.
Premier Lodge features a considerable number of en-suite bed double/twin rooms with WIFI, Satellite TV, complimentary toiletries, Air-conditions in all rooms. The lodge has a swimming pool, spa and has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. The lodge can accommodate up to more than 30 guests.
For solo travellers, couples or groups, the Premier Lodge can be booked on a bed and breakfast basis as well.

A newly opened in 2022 is located right opposite A’Zambezi River Lodge. Insika has more than 60 units inclusive of double and twin rooms with ensuites. The rooms are all air-conditioned with luxury beds. The facility also offers a spa, bar, restaurant and sauna. The rooms have TVs and WiFi access.

Bayete Lodge
Bayete Victoria Falls Guest Lodge offers comfortable and affordable accommodation in the low density suburb of Victoria Falls. Bayete Guest lodge is situated in the heart of the Victoria Falls Residential Area. The lodge is only a 2 km walkable distance from the Victoria Falls Centre and 22 km from the Victoria Falls International Airport.
Recently renovated, this family run lodge has 25 rooms set in a lush tropical garden. Central to the lodge is the large tear drop pool which is hugged by the Caldecott Boma and Ngwezi Tavern. Breakfast is served in the Caldecott Boma every day. Lunch and dinner are also available on special request and are delicious home cooked meals. Buffets and BBQ’s are available for group bookings or by special request.

Situated in a quiet residential area, Nkosi is the third addition to the Bayete Collection.
Nkosi Guest Lodge has 24 rooms all in the superior category, 2 of which are wheelchair accessible. All rooms are equipped with a large en-suite bathroom, a spacious shower and a bath tub.
The pool Is overlooked by the restaurant and executive bar where our top class chefs serve delicious food everyday.

Masumu River Lodge
Masumu River Lodge is in a spectacular location with magnificent views over the islands and waters of Lake Kariba’s western side. The main building is built on two levels into the slope of the hill hence both the dining room and the bar below have stunning views out over the water.
The glittering swimming pool offers an opportunity to cool off on hot afternoons. There are nine en-suite chalets, each with private balcony allowing for stunning views over the lake. Each lodge has twin beds that can be converted into king size doubles.
Also, two family lodges, can accommodate up to 4 adults in twin beds that can be converted into king doubles. Private verandas offer beautiful views of the lake. All chalets have air-conditioning, mosquito nets, mini bar and complimentary tea and coffee facilities.

Location: Victoria Falls
Kulizwe Lodge
Binga is located 435km from Bulawayo and is accessed by a tared road using Bulawayo-Victoria Falls highway. Binga, compared to the sister town of Kariba which is also along Lake Kariba, is a very quiet and beautiful destination on the southern banks of the lake. Binga can also be accessed from Harare via Karoi using a dust road. This road is only accessible with a 4×4 or a bigger SUV. The corrugated road is in rather bad condition in some places.
But why travel east if you can explore Lake Kariba from Kulizwe Lodge? From here you can go fishing. Your chances of catching a large tiger fish are almost guaranteed. The Chizarira National Park starts just Southeast of Binga. Here you will see all the large game that you would expect from an African safari destination.
