Avani Resort
Avani Victoria Falls Resort formerly Zambezi Sun Hotel in Livingstone offers distinguished yet affordable accommodation in warm elegant surroundings. The decor evokes an era of early adventure and the quest for discovery in Africa. The Avani Resort is ideally situated being the closest to the mighty Victoria Falls as well as the town center. The Victoria Falls National Park borders the front of the property and wild animals often graze on the hotel lawns, with the spray of the falls in the background.
The hotel has 212 en-suite guest-rooms available. The rooms are open plan, and reflect the Hotel’s African roots by having all it’s walls covered in a earth red color as well as being decorated by Zambian arts and crafts.
Rooms have shaded balconies and walk out straight into the African bush. Guests also have access to a well kept pool area, where one can relax and have fun.
Avani Resort Conference Facilities
Avani Victoria Falls Resort has several conferencing facilities on-site as well as the Falls Conference Center at the Victoria Falls, near the Zambezi river.The center are one of the biggest of it’s kind and boast some state-of-the-art equipment.
The facility can accommodate up to 450 delegates theatre style, 340 in a schoolroom arrangement as well as a 300 banquet layout with dance floor and stage.
In addition 2 other venues are also available to smaller groups, seating 40 delegates cinema style and 30 in a schoolroom layout.
The Avani Resort hotel itself has 2 boardrooms onsite, the Kafue and Luangwa, offering seating for 10 and 12 delegates respectively. A business centre is also available at the hotel with Internet, faxing and printing facilities, open from 08h00-23h00 everyday.
Conferencing seating arrangements range from schoolroom to u-shape. Conferencing equipment like pencils, writing pads and pencils are provided free of charge.
The conference centre seats 450 delegates, Theatre style and 340 in Schoolroom configuration. Banquet seating for 300 with dance floor and stage makes for a fine evening.
Additional venues include 2 new venues, Tonga & Lozi situated close to the Activity Centre seating 40 delegates Cinema Style, 30 delegates Schoolroom in each venue.
The Avani Resort has 2 new boardrooms the Kafue & Luangwa seating 10 and 12 delegates respectively, as well as a Business centre offering Internet, Faxing and Printing facilities from 08h00-23h00 every day.

The Royal Livingstone Hotel
The Royal Livingstone Hotel is a luxurious 5*plus hotel situated on the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls. Three suites offer a separate lounge and bedroom, while the presidential Suite offers an additional, optional separate bedroom. There are two rooms with disabled facilities.

The Victoria Falls Waterfront formerly Zambezi Waterfront Lodge in Livingstone Zambia is situated on the Northern banks of the Zambezi River, approximately 4 km’s upstream from The Victoria Falls and just opposite Siloka Island (Long Island).

The Waterfront complex boasts 7 thatched chalets – 3 units overlook the river with the remaining situated in cool, shaded wooded area. The chalets each consist of 3 separate rooms with en-suite bathroom facilities. There are 3 Executive River Facing Rooms, 4 Family Rooms, 10 Standard Rooms and 6 Riverside Rooms.
The “Adventure Village” – a cluster of 3m x 3m Bow tents built on raised platforms, each with a small deck in front – are strategically place in the shady extensively lawned complex away from the chalets. Each tent is equipped with 2 beds, electric light and fan. This village accommodates 48 guests in 24 tents.
